Yes! Unlike many sit-stand desk brands, we design and build our desks in the UK. This helps us guarantee high-quality materials and craftsmanship are always used in the manufacturing process. Customers can save on shipping, and V-Desk benefits the local economy by creating local jobs instead of outsourcing them internationally.
As we want to offer the highest quality of customer service, we currently only offer delivery within the UK. Products like desks require a personalised approach which currently we only can guarantee for our UK customers. We’re constantly working on expanding our operations, so stay tuned for updates!
Depending on the product, delivery can take up to two weeks from order if the product is currently in stock. Current information can be found on individual product pages. We offer a highly personalised service as we’ll contact you before shipment to confirm your details, hours of delivery and adjust dates if needed.
We value transparency so there are no hidden costs in any of our products. All prices are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes. We even offer a free UK delivery on all orders!
We currently offer payments through Stripe and Klarna.
Before place your order, you’ll see an estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to stick to that date, so you can have your desk delivered as soon as possible! Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Assembly varies between the desks.
V-Desk Designer comes fully assembled into your desired space. Our crew will deliver the desk to your door and place it wherever you see fit. They will also be there to assist in case of any questions you might have regarding the product.
V-Desk POP require some simple self assembly, we will supply an allen key and a screwdriver to help screw together. All of the manuals can be found on product pages.

We’re really confident you’ll love V-Desks as much as we do, but in the unlikely event you’d want to return it, we offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy with full refund.

V-Desk POP’s top is made of 19mm PLY substrate with white solid core top.
V-Desk Designer’s top is made of a twin 12mm PLY substrate with white solid core top.
The V-Desk POP is designed to discreetly fit into spaces where space is compromised. It can also be used as additional desk to accompany your main working desk to provide a height adjustable option.
The POP has a single electrically adjustable telescopic leg.
The V-Desk is a full working desk with monitor arm capabilities. It is a full feature desk with surface mounted power supplies as well as unique twin light bars.
The DESIGNER has a two electrically adjustable telescopic legs.
